Steven Dawson, MD, is a board-certified surgeon who specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of chronic sinusitis and general adult and pediatric ear, nose, and throat disorders. He treats patients with nasal obstruction, snoring, sleep apnea, tonsil and adenoid issues, sinusitis, and ear infections.
He uses all available technology in the treatment for sinus disease, as it best relates to the patient's individual sinus problems. His goal is to provide both compassionate and quality healthcare to both adults and children.
His late father and brother were both doctors in Iowa, and his dad strongly encouraged him to follow in his footsteps. He decided to go into otolaryngology because he loves the idea of helping people solve the problems that are keeping them from enjoying life.
Dr. Dawson fell in love with Lake Washington and the abundance of mountain peaks in the Pacific Northwest. He enjoys golfing, and being out on the lake for water skiing and wake boarding.
He is a proud supporter of the Seattle Seahawks, attending almost all of their home games since 2003. He is also a strong supporter of bringing back the Seattle Supersonics to this area.
