Social Media and Voluntary Disclosure Disclaimer

Termination

These terms are effective until terminated or modified by Proliance.  Your right to use the Proliance website will terminate immediately without notice from Proliance if in Proliance’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use. 

Reporting Copyright Violations

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) of 1998, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), Proliance has a DMCA Designated Agent for notice of alleged DMCA copyright infringement. Proliance will not be a party to any disputes or lawsuits regarding alleged copyright infringement.
