The successful candidate proactively supports the Care Center Administrator and Clinical Manager in employee personnel functions.

Location: Bellevue (may require occasional travel to clinical sites when necessary)

Salary: DOE

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Primarily provides broad support for (but not limited to) clinical management department including day to day operations, staff scheduling, records (time card) management, and project support
  • Assists with recruitment and onboarding efforts including job posting, phone interviews, scheduling, and conducting new hire orientation
  • Responds to general employee personnel questions (i.e. benefits, policies, leave, etc.), Provide guidance and basic interpretation of HR policy as well as implementation of changes and updates
  • Manages Clinical Employee Referral Program
  • Conduct monthly safety meetings
  • Assistance with projects as requested by clinical manager and/or Care Center Administrator

  • Strong writing and verbal skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and work independently
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortably taking on new tasks and communicating with management
  • Professional Demeanor


  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Healthcare experience
