Initially, this position will oversee our paper-based medical records department. In this role, you will supervise existing staff, document workflows and develop an implementation plan for conversion to an electronic medical record. Your role will include managing the implementation plan with our clinical and technology partners, managing interfaces with our practice management, PACS and other clinical systems, working with our clinical teams to develop workflows, templates, pick-lists etc. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating initial and ongoing training needs.
